Welcome to the Botkins Community Park
Located on the east edge of the Village of Botkins, in Shelby County, Ohio, this community park has much to offer. There are trails through the north and east woods and along the eastern edge of the woods to the west of the park drive; ball diamonds; Gaga ball, basketball, and tennis courts; soccer fields; a nine-hole Chip and Putt golf course; and a track area. An enclosed shelter house with public restrooms is adjacent to the ball diamonds, the children's play area, and the large parking lot. There are two smaller open shelters, complete with picnic tables, nearby.
Pets are welcome in the park area. Please be considerate of other park visitors; have your pet under control at all times (the village does have a leash law for dogs) and please pick up after your pet.
The Botkins Village Administration Center handles reservations for the shelter areas and the ball diamonds. Phone 937.693.4368 (7:30 - 4:00, M - F).
The Joint Recreation Board oversees the management of the park. Meetings are open to the public and held at 7 P.M. on the third Wednesday of the month.
